2. Non-Returnable Items

The majority of our items are handcrafted and made to order, and therefore, they are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

3.1. Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional information to assess the damage.

3.2. Defective Items:

  • In the case of a defect, please contact us with details and, if applicable, photos of the defect within 1 day of receiving your order.

  • Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced or repaired.
